DJ Wiz was fabolous and had our teenage crowd screaming and dancing with pure delight at our daughter's Sweet 16th Birthday! Clear communications, great with the set up at the venue and charming. He had the dance floor going all evening and was happy to take requests. We will definitely book him again.!

DJ Wiz was such a great addition to my event! From the moment I got in touch with him, he was professional and responsive and very accommodating to all of our party needs. On the night, DJ Wiz absolutely smashed it..from his mixing ability to his song choice and his friendly way of dealing with requests, he exceeded expectations and had the dance floor captivated from start to finish. 10/10. Would highly recommend!

My Honest Experience with DJ Wix I was really happy when I first booked DJ Wix — he responded very quickly, and we finalized the booking in less than a day. We also had a professional conversation about the music and the vibe we wanted for the night. I paid him a booking fee, which was half the total agreed price. However, on the day of the event, just a few hours before it was supposed to start, DJ Wix messaged me saying he could no longer come and was sending someone else in his place. Unfortunately, the replacement DJ arrived late. He was supposed to start setting up at 5:30 PM to begin playing at 6:00 PM, but he didn’t arrive until after 6:30 PM and didn’t start playing until after 7:00 PM. I have the messages showing the delay, and friends even recorded videos showing the time and that music hadn’t started yet. Delays can happen, so I was understanding and didn’t make a big deal out of it. That night, I paid the remaining balance to the replacement DJ. However, he was surprised at the amount and said it was less than expected. Apparently, DJ Wix hadn’t properly communicated the payment details — and the music preferences we had discussed — to him. The worst part happened five days later, when the replacement DJ contacted me saying he had only been paid for one hour by DJ Wix , plus the two I paid him on that night and he expected to be paid for an extra hour. This was shocking to me because DJ Wix ended up taking a £75 “fee” for doing absolutely nothing — he didn’t show up, and he isn’t even an agency. To make things worse, I had asked DJ Wix on the day of the event if the DJ could play for 4 hours instead of 3.5, since another DJ I had spoken that day offered 4 hours through the same website. He agreed at the time, but now he denies ever saying that. I’m not the kind of person who usually leaves negative reviews, but I don’t appreciate being taken for a fool. After speaking with other DJs, I’ve learned this isn’t the first time DJ Wix has taken money without providing a proper service (because you book him and he send other people). In the end, I’m being asked to pay an extra £50, even though DJ Wix already took £75 for doing nothing — like an agency fee, except he’s not an agency. For these reasons, I’m really disappointed and cannot recommend DJ Wix.
